We’re L VINCE SDN BHD (company number 958884-W), a company registered in Malaysia. Trading as L VINCE. Our office is located at
24-2 Jalan 15/48A Sentul Raya Boulevard, 51000 Kuala Lumpur
When you shop with us (or access our services, websites (our “Websites”)), these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info. When you place an order on our website, you should receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card (if payment is made by Credit/Debit Card).
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
You can cancel your order within a short space of time/period of placing an order. You can't change your order but are allowed to cancel and reorder.
All orders are subject to availability. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.
In some circumstances, we may cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we think there’s something suspicious going on with an order or an account. - Third party companies that that fulfill your order, such as payment service providers, warehouses, order packers, and delivery companies.
- Third party service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts who, who help us run our business
- Third party Credit reference agencies, law enforcement, and fraud prevention agencies, in order help, tackle fraud
If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

You must not commit or encourage a criminal offense, transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or post any other material on the Site which is malicious, technologically harmful. L VINCE owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You are also not allowed to use the L VINCE logo or any artwork on products carrying the L VINCE brand or trademark mark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.
In addition, you are allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
You may link L VINCE website (www.ispuniforms.com) in a fair and legal manner, as long as you do not do it any way that is commercial and doesn’t damage or take advantage of the reputation.
