Items ordered will be delivered within 10 working days. However, if payment through credit card/ debit card for an order is declined for an unfortunate reasons, items will not be delivered and order will be void. 

At this point in time, we will contact you to verify if we could arrange a different payment method in order to proceed with the order. 

Delivery of orders will be either sent to the school to be collected at the Uplands Uniform Shop if pick up option is chosen or alternatively door step delivery if shipping option is chosen (delivery charges applied).
